There is only a small portion of the painting that has a realistic feel to it as if the viewer is looking through a window in the top right quadrant of the painting past what is in front of them and beyond. The artist intended for this to be a metaphor. Sometimes we can get too comfortable in our current circumstances that it feels safe to stay. We convince ourselves that we are stuck. However, if you look out past the branches and obstacles that may be blocking your view, the life you have dreamed of is attainable. It can be a reality. That small window that holds your vision is all you need. If you can see it, you can achieve it. All it takes is one step at a time moving towards your vision. You are capable of creating the life of your dreams.
