Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days from Northeast Ohio. Any frames shown within the prints category in the storefront are for display purposes only. However, the 5”x7” and 8”x10” prints do come matted.

If you order multiple products, there is a possibility that they will ship in multiple packages.

Currently shipping is only available in the United States.

Shipping Original Artwork

When purchasing an original work of art you will not see shipping added to your final price when checking out (unless you are also purchasing other items.)

Shipping for original artwork is invoiced to the customer directly. This is due to the size of the artwork.

You should expect to pay a minimum of $25 on shipping for original work, but know as the size of the canvas increases so does shipping. If you would like to know what the estimated shipping cost is before purchasing an original work, send me an email asking with the title of the work you are interested in!

Returns

All sales through Eza Arts are final.

This means there are NO cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order has been shipped, Eza Arts is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Your happiness is our priority, so we will assist with any problems that arise, addressing them each individually.
